County Route 2 is a single-lane road running atop Farley Ridge in northern Mercer County. It connects the unincorporated community of Dunns to US 19 and to Summers County, where it continues as CR 16. In Dunns, it intersects CR 4.
The area it serves is very sparsely populated.
CR 2 was commissioned in 1933, and routed upon pre-existing infrastructure from the late nineteenth century. Its course has been unchanged since its inception.
